Based in either our Cornwall, ON, Fredericton or Woodstock, NB office you will be part of a sales force responsible for growing Xplornet’s customer base and providing win-win solutions that enhance our customer’s experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will contribute to Xplornet’s success by answering inbound calls from potential customers and through performing needs assessments you will offer innovative broadband solutions to enhance the customer’s lifestyle at work, home and play.

• Base hourly wage plus unlimited bonus earning potential
• On target bonus incentive earnings of 30%-50% of your base wage with no cap
• $2.00/hour Bilingual Premium (French/English)

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls from potential customers to present the value of Xplornet Internet Services
• Being the first impression for prospects and customers encountered though our marketing efforts
• Asking for the sale and following through
• Working with partners to schedule customer installation appointments
• Managing your individual sales pipeline, including follow-up activities
• Working independently towards individual and team objectives

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong closing techniques
• Excellent listening skills, know when to suggest additional products/services to increase customer satisfaction
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Professionalism and tact in representing the organization
• Focus and self-motivation in accomplishing work objectives
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers
• Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems
